At Style & Repeat, every item is pre-loved, vintage, or previously owned unless the listing clearly states otherwise. Most pieces are one of a kind, and natural signs of age or previous wear may be present. For this reason, all sales are considered final, except in the limited circumstances outlined below or where required by law.

Before placing an order, please:

- Read the complete description and condition information.
- Review the listed measurements instead of relying solely on the size label.
- Note all disclosed wear, marks, fading, pilling, repairs, alterations, hardware wear, missing accessories, or other imperfections.
- Contact us before purchasing if you require additional photographs, measurements, or information.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting and individual screen settings. Minor colour variations are not considered defects.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing and understand that you are purchasing a pre-loved item in the condition shown and described.
Final Sale
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- An item that does not fit
- Selecting the wrong size
- Minor colour variations
- Wear, flaws, measurements, or condition details disclosed in the listing
- Characteristics reasonably expected in a pre-loved or vintage item
- Shipping or customs delays
- Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges
Because most pieces are unique, exchanges are generally unavailable.
Limited Exceptions
Please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item was damaged during shipping.
- The item is materially different from its photographs or written description.
Email support@stylerepeatresale.com with your order number, an explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any damage or discrepancy.
Contacting us does not automatically guarantee a return or refund. Each request will be reviewed individually. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under applicable consumer-protection law.
Authorized Returns
Do not return an item without written authorization from Style & Repeat. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
If a return is approved, the item must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received
- Unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free from new odours, stains, damage, pet hair, or other changes
- Returned with all Style & Repeat tags and any original packaging, dust bags, boxes, authenticity materials, or accessories
- Shipped according to the instructions and deadline provided
Style & Repeat may refuse a return if the item does not meet these requirements.
Return Shipping and Refunds
If a return is approved because we sent the wrong item or the item was materially different from its listing, we will provide return instructions.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Once an authorized return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Order Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation. We may be able to cancel an order that has not been processed or shipped, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, the Final Sale terms apply unless otherwise required by law.
