1. About Style & Repeat Co.
Style & Repeat Co. sells curated second-hand clothing and accessories. All items are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Because items are second hand , they may show signs of wear consistent with prior use.
2. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old and have permission of a legal guardian to make a purchase.
3. Product Listing and Condition
We aim to describe all items accurately including:
-Condition
-Measurements
-Visible wear or flaws
-Authenticity ( when stated as such)
Photos provided show the actual item for sale.
4. Pricing and Payment
-All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars CAD unless stated otherwise
-Prices include applicable taxes where required
-Payment must be completed at checkout before items are shipped.

-Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed
-Style & Repeat Co. is not responsible for carrier delays
-Lost or damaged shipments be reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.

9. Limitation of Liability
Style & Repeat Co. is not responsible for:
-Normal wear over time
-Improper care or handling after delivery
-Personal dissatisfaction unrelated to the condition
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
