Style & Repeat Co. offers curated second-hand clothing and accessories. Because all items are pre-owned, our Refund Policy is limited and clearly defined.
Final Sale on Second-Hand Items
All items sold on Style & Repeat Co. are final sale, except in cases outlined below:
We do NOT offer refunds or returns for :
-Change of mind
-Incorrect fit or sizing
-Color differences due to lighting or screens
-Normal signs of wear clearly shown or described
-Items marked "Final Sale"
We encourage customers to review photos, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing.
When a Refund is Eligible:
A Refund may be approved only if the item is significantly not as described including:
-Undisclosed damage ( stains, holes, tears etc.)
-Incorrect item received
-Missing major components stated in the listings
-Item listed as authentic that is later found not o be authentic.
Minor wear consistent with second-hand items does not qualify
Refund Request Timelines:
To Request a Refund:
-Submit a request within 72 hours of delivery
-Provide clear photos showing the issue
-Item must be unworn , unwashed , and in original condition
Requests submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible.
Refund Resolution:
If approved , Style & Repeat Co. may offer:
-a full Refund
-a partial Refund
-a Store Credit
-a Return ( when required)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as a Store Credit, at our discretion
Authenticity Guarantee
Only if an item is listed as "Authentic", is it guaranteed to be authentic. If authenticity cannot be verified , the item is eligible for a full refund.
Shipping Issues
-Lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
In Person or Pop up Sales
All purchases made at pop ups, markets or in person events are final sale.
